Rebekah and I have been doing a mommy and me gymanstics class on Wednesday mornings. Talk about an adventure in parenting. She doesn't like anyone but Elle and crowds freak her out, so sitting in a circle of 7 kids and their mommies doing warm ups has been interesting. She does love the free time to 'play' on the equipment after warm-ups and has slowly warmed up to the other stuff. She does bear crawls, and hops with me, and sometimes she'll roll for me or the teacher, she does all of the moves at home when no one else is around, of course.
This week wasn't very good. One little boy sat for the first 15 minutes and screamed his head off. This really set Beks off, she didn't like the noise, and was less cooperative than normal. After she finally bear crawled to the bar and we played, I helped her 'jump' off some equipment and said, "TaDa" while holding her arms up.
She repeated it.
And kept repeating it every time she did something.
Complete with arms.
Oh, my.
Bekah's cheese face.

"TaDa" after she finished the obstacle course

Yeah for Beks!

"TaDa" after the balance beam

Big "TaDa"

This face was just too much. She loves to 'swing'
