Busy week

The end of May saw the end of football and (finally) some nice weather.

Their new exhibit is called Moneyville. It teaches kids all about money, banking, consumerism, etc. It was a lot of fun and perfect for kids. One of the best exhibits I think they've had.

Our favorite part of the Durham? The old fashioned soda fountain/candy shoppe. I let the kids have a dollar and they have to figure out what they can get. Good math lesson.

The zoo

We were blessed with a few days of beautiful sunshine and 50-60 degree weather about a week and a half ago so we took the baby's to the zoo . Bekah got to walk around on her own for the first time. She loved the freedom and getting an up close view of the fishes. We walked the whole zoo but many animals were off display. Oh well, we got a work out at least. Two toddlers in a double stroller counts for arms and cardio.
